Information involved

We receive information needed to process and support purchases, such as your name, email address, billing country, transaction status, order identifier, and support correspondence.

The website and hosting provider may process ordinary technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, request logs, and security events. The current marketing website does not intentionally use third-party advertising trackers.

Payment information

Stripe processes checkout and payment information under Stripe's own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe and the relevant payment networks may process information needed to authorize a payment, prevent fraud, and issue receipts or refunds.

How information is used

• Confirm purchases and provide access information.
• Provide installation and technical support.
• Prevent fraud, chargebacks, misuse, and duplicate fulfillment.
• Resolve disputes and approved refunds.
• Maintain accounting records and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Information is shared only as reasonably needed with payment, hosting, communications, security, and professional-service providers, or when required by law. Those providers process information under their own terms and safeguards.

Purchase and support records are retained only as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations.

Your choices
