- Confirm your Windows and game build are currently supported.
- Restart the game and launcher once.
- Follow the setup guide from the beginning without skipping steps.
- Record the exact error message and when it appears.
Send a useful support request
Contact support from the same email address used at checkout and include:
- Your Stripe receipt or payment reference.
- Your Windows version and current game build.
- The exact error message and steps that produced it.
- A screenshot and the troubleshooting already attempted.

Technical-issue refund exception
We first provide reasonable troubleshooting. A refund may be considered when a verified setup issue prevents the software's core functionality on a system and game build listed as supported, you cooperate with the troubleshooting process, and we cannot provide a working solution.
